Authorities said Jackson appeared to have consumed a large amount of alcohol. As they were questioning the driver, she allegedly got out of the car and became irate with officers, making demands.
Officers told Jackson to return to the vehicle, but she refused and her anger began to escalate.
The affidavit says Jackson then raised her hand toward police in a threatening manner, and was warned to go back to the vehicle or she would be arrested. She reportedly struck an officer in the chest and resisted arrest.
Police called for backup and asked the driver to help Jackson cooperate. She complied and was arrested without further incident.Jackson later admitted to drinking three drinks, according to the affidavit.
Authorities added that she made several comments to the arresting officer, saying that "her father would do anything she wanted him to do." She stopped when she was warned about bribery.Jackson was charged with assault, consumption of alcohol under the age of 21 and resisting arrest. She was released on $35,000 bond and is due in court September 23.
Jackson's other daughter, Mattie Jackson, was arrested and charged with DUI after she was pulled over for speeding on 21st Avenue on August 19, 2012.
