Bryansk governor announced the shelling of the border village

The blow was inflicted on the village of Suzemka. Due to shelling, the district electrical network was damaged there, so the village was partially de-energized, one person was injured, three houses were damaged

The village of Suzemka was shelled in the Bryansk region, according to preliminary data, there is a victim, the governor of the region Alexander said in Telegram Bogomaz. According to him, the shelling was carried out by the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

“At the same time, the enemy’s firing point was quickly suppressed. As a result of the shelling, several objects were damaged, — he wrote. In particular, the district electrical network (RES) was damaged, and electricity is partially absent in the village. Operational and emergency services are on site.


Later, the governor clarified that an employee of the RES was injured as a result of the shelling, he received a slight shrapnel wound of soft tissues, he did not need hospitalization. In addition, windows in two three-story apartment buildings and one private house were damaged in the village.

Suzemka is located in the south of the Bryansk region, less than 15 km from the border with Ukraine.


In June, this was the third shelling of the territory of the Bryansk region by Ukraine. At the beginning of the month, the Armed Forces of Ukraine, according to the governor, shelled the village of Sluchevsk in the Pogarsky district, as a result of which one person was injured, he received a slight shrapnel wound. Shells hit two houses, they caught fire.

On June 14, the village of Zaimishche came under shelling, from which it is more than 40 km to the border with Ukraine. Six people were injured and about 50 houses were damaged. The village was hit with a Tochka-U missile, while Bomogaz pointed out that there were no military facilities in the village.

The territories of other Russian regions bordering Ukraine also came under fire. For example, four incidents were reported in the Kursk region this month. The last one took place the day before, June 19. As Governor Roman Starovoit said, a Ukrainian drone flew into the airspace of the region and dropped ammunition near the Kucherov farm, one residential building was damaged. Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia Alexander Bastrykin instructed to initiate a criminal case on this fact.
